To foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere where migrant workers are understood, respected, and cared for, and to help Guizhou-based employees working in Hangzhou feel the warmth of their hometown, the Guizhou Human Resources and Social Security Department, in collaboration with Xiaoshan Human Resources, organized a special condole (care and support) event on January 6, 2025. They extended heartfelt greetings and care to Guizhou workers laboring diligently in Hangzhou.

At the event, officials from the Human Resources and Social Security Department engaged with the workers, inquiring in detail about their work conditions, living situations, and plans for returning home. They listened attentively to the challenges and needs these migrant workers face in Hangzhou, offering encouragement and reassuring them to work with peace of mind.
